Haruichi Furudate’s volleyball-themed sports manga ‘Haikyu!!’ is celebrating the 10th anniversary of the first episode of their television anime adaptation which aired a decade ago on April 6th, 2014.

To commemorate the event,  “Anime ‘Haikyu!! 10th Anniversary -Tsunagu- Project” has launched and in 2025 a “Finale Event’ is set to be held in order to bring the project to an official end.

Schedule:

  • TFT Hall, Tokyo (July 13th – August 4th, 2024)
  • Kamei Arena Sendai, Miyagi (August 11th – August 19th, 2024)
  • Hakata International Exhibition Hall & Conference Center, Fukuoka (September 14th – October 9th, 2024)

The project’s theme is “Tsunagu (Connect)” and the project aims to “connect” fans and the anime. In the spirit of that effort, the first two “Tsunagaru (Connecting) School Visuals” have officially dropped on social media, which depict characters from major schools — Shoyo Hinata and Tobio Kageyama from Karasuno High, Kenma Kozume and Tetsuro Kuroo from Nekoma High.
